Soup season!!! Technically here in the southern hemisphere it’s Spring but in my head it’s fall. Today for lunch/dinner we went to La Perla Criolla, it had just rained and there was a chill in the air so I opted for “Sopa Criolla”.
Honestly, the best soup I’ve ever had. Online the description says it’s a blend of Andean traditions and European influence (the angel hair pasta), with a deep umami flavor from how the beef is cooked. Is there anything more delightful than a delicious soup on a chilly day? I think not.
